Oh how I am thankful for some amazing friends I have. I'm so excited about this upcoming year...with my wedding and a handful of friends weddings. It's going to be filled with showers, dress shopping, and lots of traveling. It's going to go by so freaking fast and I'm just so excited!

After talking to my friend Rachel today about her Prince Charming I realized that his characteristics are just like James. I think EVERYONE should realize that he is out there and there is someone that will tell you you are beautiful every day no matter what you look like, open your car door for you, pull your chair out at a restaurant, and let you pick the movie you want to watch because he loves you and he will do anything to see you happy. I love how James praises me in everything I do and calls me princess. I am truly the luckiest girl in the world and to know that my friend Rachel has that also I'm just so unbelievably happy for her.

I know I know...there are people out there thinking "gag me with a spoon" haha...but its honestly how I feel. I love the women out there that have been married 5, 10, or 50 years and say that they are madly in love with their husbands and love them more now then they ever have. I hope to be like that years from now also. Every day I learn more and more about James and it just makes me love him more and more. I can't wait to be Mrs. Arnold!!!!!!! 315 more days!!!!!

Black Friday

So I hope everyone shopped till they dropped today...I know I did. I'm exhausted.... I've ate my weight in turkey and spent all my money in the past 24 hours. I think tomorrow I'm going to take it easy. Tomorrow I have a coffee date with my good friend Rachel and I can't wait to have a good gossip fest. Plus I need to get out of the house for a few hours without being with ANY of my family.

I'm missing James terribly today. I've actually missed him since he left. I think this is the longest we've been apart since we've gone out. So its hard and I'm sure he's having a blast back home being with his family and friends...probably hasn't had time to miss me...boohooo. Ok enough of my sad story.

Anyways, I got everyone's gift bought except the people I'm getting gift cards for. So I got a lot accomplished today. I have a couple paintings I need to start and get finished since they are going to be gifts. I got my outfits and pretty James picked out for our pictures....thats a relief. I got the cutest Christmas cards today that me and James can put our pictures in.

This week I also managed to paint my moms WHOLE house...yes thats right...the WHOLE house...it took me a long time and lots of taping and moving furniture. I'm pretty sore so I'm hoping that I got a good work out and burned off all that Thanksgiving food. It's been a very productive Holiday weekend and now I'm ready to spend the last of it sleeping and doing nothing. :)

Yes, my FAVORITE store EVER!!! I absolutely LOVE this place and I could spend probably tons of $$$$$$$ there. Especially this time of year...its like Christmas overload in there but I love it!!! Me and Lori got some super cute ribbon and had a bow made for our tree...here's a sneaky peek of what we got for our group tree...

Well tomorrow is Thanksgiving and I'm so ready to stuff my face with Turkey and spend time with my family. This will be the last Thanksgiving I'll be single...and speaking of which I'm so sad....because James is going home today to Nashville and I won't see him UNTIL Monday!!!! Hmmm what am I going to do??? Probably be bored....

Oh get this...my trainer Andrew told me to stick to my diet for Thanksgiving...can you believe that??? Haha...he must be crazy...lol. After my session with him last night he went over a new diet plan I need to follow. Its going to be harder then what I'm doing now in that its a lot more scientific with how many carbs, proteins, and fats I should eat daily...but better since I'll be eating 1000 more calories then I am now so I should be fuller. He "says" I am GUARANTEED to lose TWO pounds a week if I stick to eat. So we'll see if this joker knows what he's talking about....

Look what I did last NIGHT!!!!!!!

Ok so I'm a total copy cat...there's this lady that does custom art work as a buisness from her home. She has a lot of GREAT ideas and I totally stole her Christmas one. She charges $50 for this set and I was thinking...I could make them cheaper...well now I know why she charges that...it cost me $33 for supplies and then it took me about 4 hours to do these. What I've been working on...

Ok so I finally got this project done! I did this for my FUTURE sister-in-law. She just had a baby and she named him obviously MARCO...so cute! He has a western cowboy themed nursery. I'm working on a Christmas project now for my boss...hopefully I'll finish it tonight and I'll post pictures tomorrow!

I need to get a digital camera so I can take better pics and post them...my camera phone is lame...haha.

Ohhh and lastly check out these ornaments me and my manager made today!!!! We saw this on a blog today so we got the supplies to make them and now we are going to use them for our Christmas Tree decorating contest!!!!!!!! How cute are they???!!!! Thanks Kelly!!!!

"Dude it's not even Thanksgiving"

It offically feels like Christmas! Me and James went and saw the lights at the Fayetteville town square. It was REALLY cold but it was totally worth it! Good thing we went to Starbucks to get hot chocolate before we went! Surprisingly everyone we knew was going to be there BUT we didn't see ANYONE we knew...there was just TOO many people there. It was great though...even the little parade they had...haha. James totally thinks I'm nutso though...with Christmas decorations up and wrapping presents...he sent me a facebook bumper sticker that said "dude it's not even Thanksgiving"....haha!

I feel like Thanksgiving is totally being passed up this year but I am totally looking forward to TURKEY and Black Friday of course. I'm hoping that I can get a good deal on James Christmas gift. With the economy the way it is and everything and how all the stores are starting early on Christmas I have a feeling they will either have really really good deals or no sales at all because they can't afford it. Anyways, I'm totally excited that this is only going to be a 3 day work week....yeah!!!!!!!!

So I cannot believe its going to be 2009 SOON...like seriously...where did the year go??? I keep telling James ever since we've been together time has just went super super fast. Like this upcoming year so much is going to happen. Life changing events!!!!!!! Most of my friends are graduating and moving on to the next step of their lives, quite a few are getting married, and some are even having children....and of course I'll be getting married :) yay!!!!!!! It'll definitely be a year to remember. I know its going to fly with wedding preperation, graduations, weddings, showers, and bacherlette parties!

So I've lost 3 of those suckers!!!!!!!!!! Yeah!!!!!!!! Ok Ok...I know I have lots more to go but I'm pretty excited SINCE I'm actually back motivated again. Tomorrow is our weigh in day though...so hopefully I don't gain any from now till then...haha.

I've been so tired after exercising this week that I haven't had like ANY chance to paint. I gotta get on the ball and finish up. Maybe tonight I can motivate myself to work on ONE project at least.
