Relaxing weekend...

So me and James got back from camping today around noon. We had so much fun (except for freezing)! I think we almost didn't make it Friday night b/c it got to the low 30's. We woke up at 4am and James decided he wasn't going to lay in the tent any longer so we got dressed in a frantic hurry and got into the car and found a small little town diner that was open (yes to my surprise they open at 5am) and we probably had the best cheapest breakfast EVER! Then after we finally warmed up we went back to the campsite and got our fishing license and fished for about 2 hours (until I couldn't feel a bone in my body). Then we went back to our campsite and decided to take a nap...and we didn't get up till noon and it was amazing how warm it got by then. We decided to make lunch real quick and take a 1.5 mile hike....that turned out to be 3 miles and it was ALL up hill to the top (and I'm not talking about a little incline). I think coming down was the worst b/c we kept sliding down rocks. BUT we made it!!!!! :) We relaxed the rest of the day after that work out...haha...built a fire and made hamburgers, hot dogs, and s'mores. YUMMY! (no this food was not on our diet) So the 2nd night we slept GREAT and we were so warm. We got up today and cleaned up the campsite and packed the Corolla. I'm thankful we had such a great weekend and got to spend some quality time together.

So in other news...I got home and found out that our hot water heater busted and flooded the garage. So no one can come out till tomorrow to fix it. Which means no clean laundry and no hot water at ALL. I think I'll avoid being home this week with that being fixed and then we are having a new roof put on.

Tomorrow is Monday and that means back to work...unfortunately....but I had an amazing weekend and Michelle is coming to visit this week!!!!!!! I can't wait!!!!!!!!!! I miss her so much. I miss having that best friend...and Michelle still is that friend...but we don't get to see each other but once a month or two...and its hard!!!! I'm crossing my fingers though she'll move back in January :) !!!!!!!
